TradeX Corner ("we," "us," "our") operates the TradeX Corner mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your phone number (if you sign up via OTP), or your name, email, and profile photo (if you sign up via Google or Facebook). If you sign up via Google or Facebook, we may later ask you to verify a phone number before making a purchase.

Profile information: Date of birth, trading experience level, and any details you choose to add to your profile.

Location: We detect your approximate city-level location automatically using your device's IP address when you log in. We do not access your device's GPS or precise location.

Trading journal data: Entries you create in the Journal feature, including trade details (entry/exit prices, script names), your written reflections, emotion tags, and any screenshots you choose to upload.

Payment information: When you make a purchase, payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves — we only store the transaction amount, item purchased, and date/time for your records.

Usage data: Which courses and lessons you access, for the purpose of providing you access to content you've unlocked.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account
• To provide access to courses, lessons, and the Journal feature
• To process payments for library unlocks and Journal subscriptions
• To send you notifications about your account, classes, or platform updates
• To allow your class mentor (admin) to view your journal and progress, for mentorship purposes
• To improve the App and fix technical issues

3. Who Can See Your Journal

Your journal entries are private. Only you and your class mentor (admin) can view them. Journal entries are never visible to other students.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate the App. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:

• Google Firebase — account authentication and database storage
• Google Sign-In / Facebook Login — optional sign-in methods
• Razorpay — payment processing
• Cloudinary — image storage (profile photos, journal screenshots, thumbnails)
• Bunny.net — video hosting and streaming for course content

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase's infrastructure. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and journal data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain transaction records for legal or accounting purposes.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us using the details below.

8. Children's Privacy

TradeX Corner is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
